Dan Ventura

Daniel Ventura is a Managing Partner and owner of Fairway Independent Mortgage in Newburyport.  Having several years experience managing operations at the branch level, Dan found Fairway to be the perfect fit for him and his clients. Now that closings happen faster than ever, and that borrowers find limitless programs available, Dan is able to help even more people with their home financing needs.  Fairway also offers solutions for commercial lending.

Prior to his start in the mortgage business, Dan was the owner of several businesses in and around Newburyport. He has taken the management skills that he honed while running his own organizations and has used them as the base of the success of Fairway Independent Mortgage.

Dan, along with his wife Dede and their two children, are long-time residents of Newburyport. When not at work, he enjoys coaching baseball, playing golf and spending time with his family.

Dan’s mission is to use his vast resource of lender programs and investors to find the perfect financing for each of his clients’ unique situation.
